โ โ โ โ โ Sub standard on every level. Hotel smells like mould and smoke. Sheets were dirty, toilet falling off the wall. Karaoke party in the courtyard until late at night. Restaurant food well below average. I really just donโt have much good to say about this place besides the staff being as helpful as they could.

โ โ โ โ โ We booked 3 room for hari raya, some lamp disfunction, king size still not big enough for small family, water is everywhere in toilet.the pipe is leaking

โ โ โ โ โ Had to do overnight in this hotel after a short ride from Jb. The hospitality was good. I wish that i could park my bike under the roof. other than that, the room was good, worth the price.

1) the inside room door which can go Tru to other beside room are very noisy such as can hear tv sounds loud and banging doors
2) poor tv connection
3) paip leaking
4) water heater slow
5) air cond noisy
6) got bugs on the bed
7) pillows are thin
8) shud provide tea bags and disposable toothbrush n paste
9) toilet bowl very dirty
Lastly poor customer service
Definitely not coming again

โ โ โ โ โ I've stayed at Gardenview Hotel a few times. During my recent stay, I m very2 dissappointed because none of the staff inform me that their elevator is out of service. I bring along a patient with Heart Problem. And he is having difficulties using stairs. Pls take note to inform us before we make a booking.

โ โ โ โ โ Bilik best. Came with hair dryer, refrigerator, ironing facilities. But some rooms refrigerator can't use, some room water pressure very slow.
