โ โ โ โ โ we checked in on 02 APRIL 2021 AT 15.00 P.M & checked out ON 03 APRIL 2021 at 12.00 noon & took 2 FAMILY SUITE rooms !!! receptionist is very rude to customers whether check in or check out, waiting too long to check in & check out and feeling played by the female staff during check out to go up to take the green bag remote aircond & remote tv because accidentally left behind. ask housekeeping to check the item & deliberately play tricks on the customer !!!! ask the hotel to give or send the receptionist staff at that time to go to the customer service course yes !!! very very & very inconvenient for customers and very unfriendly customers..very arrogant a woman ... I made an early room reservation via telephone call and our booking was changed to a more expensive room even though we noted how much the room price & receptionist willingly changed the room we ... please the hotel give a course to the woman because this will affect your hotel property ... I remember she is only an employee & not the big boss owner of this hotel ... we think we have just paid at this hotel & continue the journey .. if not for sure we will find another hotel with better service, we have been almost every week staying in a different hotel because we are HOTEL HUNTER for HIDDEN REVIEW RESEARCH..im sorry for this hotel & we are not recommended to anyone who wants to check in here ... i just call RUDE HOTEL in BAHAU ..

โ โ โ โ โ Staff were friendly and helpful. More spacious than other nearby hotel I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families. Overall experience was awesome. It is a nice stay with affordable price.

โ โ โ โ โ Everything is ok. Except.....the sound of nearby discotheque is very audible..at late night!!. If you fancy serenity and quiet place, this hotel 101% guranteed not for you. The plus point is...the room that i stayed has a verandah. Early morning breeze and the thick mist covering the tree tops is an amazing view. Not bad for a hotel that located very near to the town. And foodie junkies, this is where you want to stay in Bahau

โ โ โ โ โ Grear value. Room was spacious and clean. Located very strategically and nearby to everything you need (food, pharmacy, convenience store etc). Only stayed for one night, but if I were to be in the area again I would book in the same hotel.

โ โ โ โ โ I suspect cleaner not clean the room at all, after complained, they change me a new room, but still the same, the room remain dirty. Please take note hotel owner, your staff is lazy enough.
