Room not cleaned thouroughly, u still can see toilet wall is yellowish.
Quite a bad experience I would say, silver lining is staffs are friendly, and gave me a change of room after I said I couldnt stand of the first room (106).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suppose to check in at 2pm but only can at 2.47pm. Can smell the ciggarate smoke in the toilet. Can improve the cleanliness of the toilet espeacially toilet bowl. If direct deal with hotel, only pay rm65 for the same room, same date, instead of paying rm77 through OYO
