★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tanent will get extra expence - very easily broken and repair temporary (door handle, leaking, shower handle, craking wall, tile, shelf, light, cooking table, curtain washing fee). even though we rented in full furnished, we unable to use many things for 1 year and another 1 year. ps. There are good guards, neighborhood and bad maintence

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is ok, only that the gym room is small and not much equipment. For new tenants that live in unit that facing road side will need to take some time to adapt to the murmur of vehicle passed by. The swimming pool is great, and clean. Beside, the corridor/road/anywhere of here is cleaned by cleaning staff everyday. So the cleanness is 5 stars. I'm a student of MMU who rent a unit and live here together with my friends, the rental is slightly higher than others apartment here. The security is acceptable. There's one mini market here, mostly is food, and do provide gas cylinder exchange service too and others but I can't remember well. The neighbours/peoples who live here are good in term of no doing anything that disturb the peace here. My review/feedback ends here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet place to have a peaceful living, minimum facilities, pretty good in cleanliness considering it is 9 years old, security definitely need to be improved though. Residents are courteous and friendly..
