★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there a less than zero star it would gave them this.. this is the worst residence ever.. would never recommend anybody to stay here.. the management is the worst fining & clamping the tenant without any warning, while they never tell or share at least the rule when you register at the management.. so many unecessary rules.. the guard and the management manager is so rude.. the bill is so expensive, every month have to fight with them about the water bill, as they made a mistake every months on the amount, seriously?? I couldn't say anything good even after staying there for a year...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though it’s convenient to have a mall connected here. Don’t stay here or you’ll be scammed.. Tenants are not treated well, and you will be fined without any warnings..

I stay here because i feel convenient that just below is a mall. But, management is very poor! They will just get money from tenants. They have their own electricity bill and it’s not coming from TNB. Maybe that’s why it’s expensive. They only know how to collect Fines from tenants but there’s no action to protect the tenants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not stay here for homestay, vacation, getaway or whatever the reasons is. Worse management ever, if you stay here with your family with kids, you will not be able to enter the facilities like swimming pool or even kids playground. Security guard will not allow you to enter, their reason is "management not allow kids below 12 to enter, even kids playground"...better go Citadines for your staycation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been staying here since three years only because of the access to the mall.Now days you have better options in Cyberjaya like Village Grocery and Malakat Mall.Hefty fines and pathetic management, even if you are coming to stay even for a single day I would recommend to check other places.Never even consider this place even if they offer your stay for free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place don’t deserve to get even 1 star. I hope there’s ZERO star here.
1. Poor management. They are milking their tenants for their unreasonable fines.
2. This place is already old. Sometimes i see some cockroaches along the corridor.
3. Utilities are so expensive as it’s commercial building.
Don’t ever try to stay here. There are a lot of good Condominiums around Cyberjaya with better facilities and newer.
