โ โ โ โ โ WORST SERVICE EVER. My parcel arrived at GDEX Tampin on Monday (16072018) but now already Wednesday (18072018), has yet made the delivery. I'm not surprising on the experience of other reviewer but much more surprising as GDEX do nothing to alleviate their ailing service.

โ โ โ โ โ Very disappointed with the service. Promise to deliver within one day. But never received the item in one day. I called the branch asking about my parcel. The lady even check my address and she said the item is out for delivery. But no gdex transport arrive until now. Totally disappointed!

โ โ โ โ โ It took them 2 WEEKS to send my packages from selangor to tampin. My parcels were also delayed and misrouted to PD!!
And you try to send it after office hour... Mana opis bukak at 530!!
Then you have the gall to ask me to pick up my parcels from u, refusing to resend them on Monday.
I PROMISE WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE EVER AGAIN.

โ โ โ โ โ Extremely slow service. Always require customer to pick up delivery items from them. I once try to sent parcel through them but unfortunately, they are out of postal form and asked me to come someday in next week.

โ โ โ โ โ BAD SERVICE I EXPERIENCED EVER. I have not received my parcel but e-tracking have been updated as "delivered". Emailed to GDex then their reply is to accuse my mother saying that she have received the parcel but forgot it because she is weak in age. The thing that surprised me the most was that even GDex HQ helped them but not to find out the truth and try to take the responsibility. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
