โ โ โ โ โ The courier guy pass the parcel to the guard house, never attempt call, drop a text or SMS to inform. System updated as "Successfully delivered" when I did not receive any notification. I made a guess that maybe it is at the guard house and yes it is there.
Hey J&T, I am okay with you passing the parcel at the guardhouse as long as you keep me informed.
I am totally not okay with you passing the parcel there without bother to inform. It is risky for expensive items, and not professional. In the event if the parcel loss, who would bear the responsibility?
J&T was okay last time and I always like their services till recent event which in my opinion, is totally not acceptable.
J&T, I really hope that you guys can put some effort to keep up the old good standard. Thanks.

โ โ โ โ โ Every weeks i buy product from shoppee. So, every weeks i had to face same problem. Jnt don't send my at my house. They ask us to come and take parcel from them. What for i pay for shipping fee...
It's not okay, because i have no transport and have to bring my baby with me.... Please la improve your staff quality. They always give us excuse, nowhere to park lorry. Lorry big....
Walk please. Before this poslaju send until my home. They walk. They park outside and bring me my parcel. I'm so angry because before this they ask us to carry computer table. I'm a woman with c-section operation. How can i carry the table?

โ โ โ โ โ Bad service, call several time no people pick up. I track the tracking number, it show parcel is intransit, center just 1km far from my house but use more than 2 days for deliver.

I dont self collect because will make them more hassle to 'look for it' when bundles was scattered.
I dont chase them for my parcel because i believe they need more time to arrange, categorise all parcels before deliver to me.
I dont even call them for my parcel because they never missed my parcel, and always delivered to me at the end of days. Especially longer time during special event.
Parcels Scattered around perhaps need a little more improvement but it is no wrong at all, it is all my fault buying online and all parcels scattered at their door front.
Please, please, please.... Let these guys do their job, don't mess up with their precious time to look for your parcels and delayed other peoples's. Categories and deliver is more efficient than self collection.
Let them arrange and categorise and deliver to buyer not in time perhaps, but arrive at the end of the day.
Its my fault bought 20 over goods online and causing these guys deliver to me even at 11PM for consecutive days.
I feel really thankful and appreciate to J&T Express's arrangement and special thanks to Delivery guys appointed. I never had a chance to take a photo with you as prove bcos you d*** tired and busy at that moment.
I chose to believe in you and will continue not to disturb you for delivering my parcels. Expecially during event purchases. God understand and be protected as always. God blessed. Thank you guys.

โ โ โ โ โ Attitude are very unprofessional and slow. The shop also looks messy and dirty too. They delivered on night so suddenly and juz informed need to go pick up ourself next time. Before tht will be deliver again on next day tho.
