★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery guy just threw my parcel inside my house, cant u guys train ur deliver guys to just drop it on the floor like a civilized human if there is no one home?? My house gate is not even tall/high. Why need to throw so far?? Just reach in ur hand.. luckily my parcel is something fabric, but the box dented from the throw,what if it's a gadget or something fragile? Use brain la,be professional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How long to wait parcel with your logistic? 2-3 days sitting in one place, then 3 days traveling few kilometres (less then 10) to another place? Is it snails working on you? Checking on website tracking shows "no found". Worst company ever!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hope they improve their services as it is horrible. They state that my parcel was out for delivery but attempt failed, I have been staying at home due to COVID. I'm sure they do not even try to deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service. I was waiting for my parcel from Shopee for 1 week. No response. I tried to call hotline and the outlet lines. still no response.
Tried to ask Shopee to help, no help was given. Suddenly the status of the parcel is returned! Shopee said attempt was made but failed. But there was no call or anything about the delivery, while I waiting at home! Very frustrating! I wish I can give minus stars
