★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady customer call me on 11.30am 12th September is so rude. As a logistic company they cannot delivery goods to my place it is not good service at all. Better not take this job if you can't make the good service / commitment . I already said only my mom at home and she asking my mom to come out walking at the main point delivery. Is it polite as customer service ? she is very2 rude not helping at all. Strictly follow the script. And blame why i must put this address. Is it possible i put her home address ????
After I said return back the letter , her voice is very rude and very sarcastic voice. .."Ha ! OK~~~"
All people working like waiting for salary only. Lazy bunch of worker . Not deserved to get star rating but i need put one just because want do the review. Unsatisfied !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcel was out for delivery, then said unsuccessful. Called customer service twice, lady wanted me to come and pickup my items from GDEX Bangi while I live in Cyberjaya during EMCO. The driver’s number was available but the driver has rejected the call everytime. I just wanted to know where he was gonna be so I could grab the parcels from him. Dear GDEX, the Bangi branch should have a training session again or even be given disciplinary actions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Missed the delivery person call one minute late, tried to call back but received no answer. They then called me the next day & asked me to retrieve my items from their office in Bangi which was impossible for me to travel due to MCO. The lady who called me has been rude since the beginning and continue being rude throughout the call, a very bad customer service & not worth any start at all

If u fail to reach me through call 2 times, should know that u just need to call me 30 minutes before delivery so that I'm aware u're coming and ready to pick up the call when u arrive at home as ur so call sop won't leave the item if owner didn't pick up the call. I already tried to call back 5 minutes after courier call attempt to deliver because hello we're working at that time ok, not that we can always ready and available to pick up phone call.
My first time and last time with gdex service. #Done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ seriously the services is not good. i got a call which lasted 1 second and when i said i will be down in 7 minutes, they can thats too long. what kind of business you guys are running. xle pakai punya shipment services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on the tracking system, parcel is out but unsuccesful due to access is not allowed at 9.08am, check with the visitor system database, no entry request been made. Called the delivery guy no, never picked up, why do you want to run a business if you cant do business properly?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to pickup parcel, but it's returned back to the sender. GDex staff said they had previously called me many times but I only received twice (which I failed to answer).
(After realising 2 missed calls) I instantly called back many times but unable to reach, no any single ringing.
Staff said they only keep parcel for 7 days; afterwards will be sent back to the sender. But it was not even 7 days yet.
