β β β β β I always have problem wirh them. My maid is always home. They don't bother ringing the bell & simply leave the note saying they came & nobody's home. Call their numbers many2 times but nobody bother answering. I ask them them to deliver on Saturday but it's a non-delivery day for them. Can only deliver on Monday. What crap is that?!!!

β β β β β Called the branch so many times nobody pick up the phone, 2 times failed delivery both recipient at home, suddenly found delivery tag at front gate. No courtesy to call the recipient since not all the time recipient at front gate waiting for parcel. Your delivery is fast, but not efficient. FYI, I'm waiting for 3 parcels from GDex yesterday and today, one received in this morning, another 2 were sent when I was upstairs and couldn't hear them twice! Call me for god sake!

β β β β β Didnt get these 2 fella punya nama, but props to the service provided. Customer service call by a lady was very helpful and well mannered. The guy at the counter also are friendly and providing clear instruction, as well suggesting the new GDEX portal for easier access. Good work Gdex Kajang, It's my go to courier service now.
