★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor service!! Parcel had been dropped to JnT office for a week, and not yet processed! I dropped off 12 parcels there, all stuck for a week and never update tracking, when i go checking, the parcels were still remain at the same place, they dont even care to process them! Even after i complain and explained that customers is urgent for the parcels, and I've received 2 penalty points from shopee due to their late service, still they not going to process it.
The worst service! If you dont bother to service your customer, better u close down your service please??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a bit sad that in this time of MCO, its pretty hard to earn money. when we received orders, of course we're grateful and happy. without hesitating with the low amount of money in bank, we spent few more to pack our customers' items in well manner. but, the items at this particular branch will always be kept there for more than 2 days after we dropped off the items. what we fear now is that customers will ask for refunds if the items remain in your branch.can you guys please improve this ...please lah ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite difficult to get parking around the area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I just want to return my shopee parcel and it took less than 5 minutes for me to settle everything. Keep up the good work J&T Bandar Teknologi Kajang, Semenyih.
