โ โ โ โ โ It is very convenient as it's near to my house. And it has a variety of courier company to choose. Just a flaw where one of the staff always type the address wrongly. Not just once, but almost everytime when I try to ship from there. ? So I got a bit afraid of going there again. *sometimes the staff also didn't put on mask*

โ โ โ โ โ Dropped Off Parcel Via Shoppee(DHL Courier) at approx 3.30pm earlier, however until 6pm it was not scanned into the system.
I choose DHL for the efficacy of service and delivery within the next day. Right now, quite angry to check on the status that says it only arrived at the parcelhub and obviously DHL has not picked up the parcels.
Truly dissapointed with the delay as this is definately affects my clients waiting time.
Sorry but not sorry for not going to be using this service anymore after today.

โ โ โ โ โ New and clean place, with friendly staff who are trying their best to serve customers. Can't help it if they are a little bit slow due to long addresses. A mistake during keying in address or names could be tolerated, but after leaving the shop, a further WA message to inform of further mistakes is really baffling... Keep it up and people might just stop coming all together. Now, the wait seemed a bit too long to be forgiven.

โ โ โ โ โ For Lazada and Shopee sellers, take note that they don't accept LEX and DHL dropoffs. They do accept Shopee Express drop offs (as of April 2022).
One parking spot in front of the shop so I recommend you dash in and out while leaving your car up front or side of the road.

โ โ โ โ โ The indian staff is good service and friendly. But the outlet always simply close at anytime they want. As a seller i am not recommend others sellet drop this outlet, in one month i have 3 times unable to drop my shopee order, althought i went during the office hour. Staff is good, but too bag VERY POOR MANAGEMENT AND OPERATING TIME

โ โ โ โ โ Drop my parcel thr, thought it was settled, then receive their message next day, mentioning they don't accept DHL drop off and request me to collect my parcel back.
The question is, when I drop off thr, I asked the staff whether did they accept DHL, they said yes, then suddenly the next day, another staff text me and said the person i saw last night not their permanent staff...hello? You just simply arrange someone there and without proper training, then things happens, you choose to throw back the balls to your customer
Not recommend to choose this branch as their management is very poor, now my customer is unable to get the parcel as I've missed out the cut off day due to this branch's mistake!
