โ โ โ โ โ Helpfully busy frontdesk officers. No wonder they can't pick up the call. I wish there would be a drive-thru counters to check and pick up the undelivered deliveries as the parking space is limited. Something like McDonald's fast food restaurant.

Check online, undelivered but received no call at all.
I called gdex early in the morning asking them about my parcel status, and they mention they want to check it first and call me later. But, it was hopeless. They do not call me back until today.
Please improve your quality of services.
Please do not give stupid excuses.

โ โ โ โ โ In terms of service, I would definitely use other delivery company if I was given a choice. The problems were just like any other typical delivery company's problem. I still can accept any delay in delivery, but not making any attempt to call the customer and simply state "address not found"in the system without even asking, this really is a big problem.
If you wanted to self-pickup, you might want to write the tracking number on a piece of paper, and expect to wait 20 - 40 minutes as they were a lot of other people wanted to do self-pickup as well. The lack of staffs in the office makes the process of searching your item really slow. And if they have problems in looking for your item, they will simply ask what was the item, how big it was etc. Kinda embarrassing if the item you wanted to self-pickup is something more of a personal item. This practice should be stopped as it was a little bit unethical and unprofessional as well.
The staffs, understandably were trying their best to entertain all the customers. But when there were only 3-4 staffs, 2 in the front desk, and 10-20 customers, and some customer even rudely ask and complained verbally to them, its amazing that they still can do their job under that immense pressure. If it was me on their side, I think I will be exploded at first 5 minutes of working time. So, I just hope they will improve their services as soon as possible, as I have no problem with dealing with GDex from other state like in KL or PJ.

โ โ โ โ โ Definitely the worst delivery company. Bad response to customers. Management is so lazy. Delivery person promise a time for delivery and didnโt come. Called multiple times but ignored. The next day, didnโt even bother to call back for delivery and didnโt send some more. What the hell is this company. Delivery in India is way better la. Seriously...

โ โ โ โ โ No problem with the place, easy to find and the staffs there are nice. The only problem is the delivering of parcels to my home. Had to collect all parcels myself. Only just recently GDex was able to send my parcels directly to my home. If this continue on i will give 5 star.
