D	Diane Kang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Chinese long hair receptionist/staff extremely rude! She works at d counter n also did xray for me. I was humiliated in d xray room by this rude attitude lady. It's privacy issue. Very upset when back home. Caused me unable to sleep well that night when I recalled her rude action treated me. Pls show ur right to report her action if u r requested to do ur xray at this klinilk.

Sent by my GP for ultrasound, given approx price as no cards taken and seen immediately, fairly lengthy procedure, price was a few RM more than initial estimate but pretty close. From memory less than I paid for similar scan at one of the private hospitals. Asked to come back later for report, this was ready when I did. All staff I interacted with were professional and courteous. I realise now this is my second visit as my insurance agent took me here for initial tests, no issue that time either.

They provide products(images of body part) with some low level of interpretation and conclusion from an experience Radiologist for the money you pay. Good enough for you to take to Hospital and seek specialist advice. You still save some money in comparison to same product you get from private Hospital. They are smart people including the reception that many of the review commented as “rude”. Why? She called me and asked me to collect the report at 4pm the next day. I asked for a favour, “can i collect earlier?”, the respond was very precise “sure you can come in earlier as you wish and wait here to collect the report at 4pm” ? Be prepare for surprise and stay relax!

M	Mohamad Hizir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need to come early at 9am and bring Dr letter with u too (which u can get from any of clinics). By the time i arrive there's 2 chinese lady at counter. Their "customer service" 3/5, but when come to my turn they speak gently i think its my luck i guess. Waiting about 35min then they call my name ask to urinates first. Then go to xray room. Mine was lower back pain. About 10mins done. I wait around 10-15mins at front to get the receipt. I need to see the doctors in 2weeks but i ask them can i get by the same day. Then she start share why they are so stress and high voice because everyone is expected all can immediately complete. But she share with me politely, then she said she will call when its done, around 5pm the same day i receive a call from her saying that i can collect by 9Am tomorrow. No diagnoses u need to go back to your previous Dr that consult u. I pay online transfer Rm150 for lower back pain suppected (slip disc).
K	K Ooi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad attitude! Hidden price ! Gov doctor ask to provide X ray so I went to took X ray, call & ask everything need examine by their doctor again n bla bla bla really had a bad experience there.

I don’t think they can provide professionalism and accurate report to the customer as they have a bad attitude and service.There have provide the COVID Test and allow walk in. (Info from my friend) I went with my dad and asked for the PCR test the staff replied Yes and waiting at outside. I waiting at outside around 40mins and the customer walk by me and told me “already closed” you go in and ask again better. I went in and asked again the staff. She replied me Yes and requested the IC and I went out took from my dad and back again. When i passing my IC the staff asked me you want to take the report is it? I replied no and I waiting for do the PCR test. The staff replied me Closed please come on tomorrow morning. Excuse me ? I wasted my time at there for so long (almost 1hours plus) and at the end you told me Closed ? Please provide the accurate info to your customer instead of keep asking them waiting at there and wasting the time.
