β β β β β poor service , didn't even attempt to delivery and keep giving lame excuses for seri kembangan branch , pay money but things didnt get delivered for a week and demand me to take my parcel myself. Customer careline didnt even wanted to solve the problems and keep giving excuses and delay .

β β β β β Friendly customer service & fast shipping compare to other. They improve a lot compare to few years ago. Even shipping is a bit expensive, but very fast.

β β β β β Come with a bike so parking was easy. But for car, might have parking issue. Its a small office with few chairs for customers to sit.
Anyway, I came here to retrieve my parcel early. So I called them once and they pick up! Tell them I want to come and self collect and they agreed. It just took 5 minutes and I got my parcel. So, I'm satisfied with their service.

β β β β β Received a " Sorry Card" & when calling phone number stamped on the "Sorry Card" no answer.
Went to the branch for checking & pick up the parcel, ask why when calling no one answering the phone, the staff keep quiet only. When ask why the parcel been held back at branch for 2 week plus, the staff say their has make 2 delivery attempt & their can't make too many delivery, but only 1 "Sorry Card" was received & the e-tracking also show that only has 1 delivery attempt.
