★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousiest service ever. Any parcel reaching this post office will forever lost/ disappeared. When asked they will say tried deliver but unsuccessful. We have ppl at home all the time. How is that even possible.
POS Malaysia should start evaluate those staffs they hired for this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very very very bad service. i live in condominium, so every parcels should be left at receptionist at lobby. but this lousy poslaju didnt even send it to receptionist, when i i check the tracking they said delivery failed. go to h*ll la poslaju this is the THIRD time already meh.
susah la kalau setiap kali ada parcel poslaju i gotta pickup by my own at the post office. this problem has never occured to me when the parcel is from other courier like n*njavan,
sh*pee express, etc. aiyoo i iah penat bersabar lah

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pos Malaysia should fired the manager. I live in Equine Park, and this is third time the delivery man never try to deliver my parcel. My family at home all the time. First item he left a sms to self pickup at Pos Cawangan B, the second time and third time, no attemp to come to my house, my wife waiting for a whole day with open door. No fail delivery notice and no sms or phone call. DRB Hicom is a worse organization. After this I will advice the sender to change the delivery address directly to Pos Seri Kembangan Cawangan B.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad review i want to give because at counter 6, staff name Wani was very rude. Because I am foreigner she treat me bad, she shout to me to pay my poslaju parcel. In this time i ask where the pen to fill up the form. Sorry ur attitude cheaper than rm10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strategically located along Jalan Besar, Kampung Baru Seri Kembangan, with ample parking lot for customers, this post office is very convenient. The staff at Kaunter Serahan is very professional but that poor guy always get the blame for issues with undeliverables. Some postmen on the other hands, are sluggish and need more training to improve service. They did not leave any instructions on the card informing recipients of the collection expiry date before returning the item back to the sender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poslaju is officially the worse courier service in the history of the world. Lazy, incompetent, unqualified, useless staff who understand no language. Habitual liars, habitually update status in the tracking system that delivery attempted, but in reality the receiver never get any phone call from the delivery guy and no delivery attempt is made, they lie about the delivery attempt and when you'll complain they will tell you to collect your parcel from their office. Even if you file complaints on their official and equally useless website, they will never acknowledge the complaints or reply. If you call the poslaju office of ur area to ask about your parcel they will give different contact numbers and they'll blame each other. And on top of everything they'll lose your parcel without any liability.
Someone needs to sue this poslaju. They are thieves! LAZY COURIER EVER!!!!!!
