★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the chinese restaurant for dim sum,Good place ,nice ambience, effcient service.Nice place for family get together for lunch.Relaxed atmosphere n saw few family groups chatting away.Mayb bcos it was not crowded but try this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to the hotel in the first place to enquire on wedding event date availability and ballroom viewing, however the PIC was not around and we got her contact number from the hotel in charged.
I whatsapp this lady a.k.a Ms Linda in the evening, there was no reply hence i tried follow-up the next day by whatsapp her again in the morning. No reply so i tried to call up which she picked up and notify us it was her Off Day.
I tried giving a call again the following day, Monday 30/5/22 in the noon, she told me she’s out at around 1:17pm and will assist to check on the date and revert to me half an hour later, yet another disappointment where she forgot to revert me. The last try of my whatsapp in the evening got her reply where she called up and revert me a simple question after 2 days. I accept her apology, however this issue should be notify to management to prevent same situation happen on other guests =)

The food is amazing..lot of choices from nasi dagang, satay, goreng2, and definitely the roasted lamb wit amazing gravy of blackpepper
Drinks from hot to cold - having teh tarik but not as expectation
Traditional kuih muih also available
Enjoying our food until 9pm
Paid RM5 per entry at the lobby counter
Hopefully can stay for one day ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont really know this area, just happen to drive by and saw the hotel. Called up to check if they have Buffet dinner. We tried the ramadan buffet.
Not really many guests, just about 3 tables in a huge area. Food was surprisingly good. Everything from soup to main dish to dessert. One particular kuih i really loved was the seri muka with durian taste. Never had that before but it was so nice. Staff was attentive and friendly.
The montage on the screen was really mesmerising for the first few times but it keeps repeating the same thing over and over and over. So maybe you guys might want to add on more things to show as we were sitting for 1 hours plus and keep on seeing the same thing.
But overall, such a good place. Parking was easy, good food and nice staff. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's ok (average). Hotel room is fine. if you have paid with the breakfast fee , you will kinda disappointed with the food (imo we are in malaysia, so we should promote our own local food but the hotel way but this hotel doesn't even have nasi lemak etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a 4 star hotel; its good enough i guess. Room is ok. No odor and its clean. The sound proof is a little lacking. The plugs are loose here and there. Parking is a bit hard since there is no direct lift to the lobby. Hence you have to carry your bags up. Room service menu does not work. Wifi is so so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I came back to my room next night, it was not made up. You have to inform them in advance every day if you want your room to be made up on the next day. Seriously? Amenities are not replaced. Aircon is not powerful enough, still too warm at night. Drain holes in shower and sink stink. One bathroom towel was heavily stained. Only two treadmills in the gym, one is broken. One of two aircons in the gym is broken. Gym too hot and mosquito infested. Washroom of pool stinks, sauna doesn't work. Official closing time of gym and pool is 7 pm, which doesn't make sense as they are unattended anyway. They will let you use it until 9 pm if you complain about it. Breakfast choice is very limited. Service in the Chinese restaurant is weird and absent minded. You can't receive the reception by phone. They don't pick up the call. It doesn't deserve four stars. Disappointment.
