β β β β β This hotel is near with KTM Batu Tiga. It do have water heater (electric kettle) and iron but both you can only use downstairs. The cleanliness is okay, they provide towel, soaps. The room is quite okay too (for family room worth RM 100, there is two queen beds and mirror in toilet and near beds). In 104, the plug is between the bed so it's convenient. They sell some food too eg Maggi hot cups downstairs

β β β β β The worst hotel i had stay along my lifeοΌUsed tissue and condom packet in toilet and room. Poor air ventilation causing coughing and cold when switch on the air cond and there is no fans at all. Room beside keep shouting at night until 4am. 4 Limited Parking Lots for the hotel only, I booked the hotel online and the hotel website wrote parking lots available, when I come back the hotel, all the parking lots are occupied, so I can only park at the parking lot beside and I get a saman RM30. This hotel is liar when I booked it showed I stayed at 3 star Shah Alam Hotel but after I showed the staff my online booking receipt, they lead me to 2 star New Wave Hotel. Worse Hotel ever!!!

β β β β β I can hear a very loud sound from the ceiling, not sure what is it. I choose not to stay otherwise i can't sleep at night. Won't come again

β β β β β It's cheap, for RM46 ringgit you got queen bed and quite spacious room. Value for money. The only downside are the shower water pressure is low and room aircond is in a bad shape, almost every 1 hour stop working by itself.

β β β β β The place is not clean, but reasonable with the price paid with only RM 30 book in agoda. For a long night stay, i suggest not to stay at here unless u r out of budget ?

β β β β β The staff are friendly and helpful and the price quite okay. But the facilities and hygiene are poor. We were attacked by a group of cockroaches during the stay. And decided to spend the night elsewhere ??
