โ โ โ โ โ Concierge services was very good!
Family next to my unit was unreasonably loud, kids are crying out loud messing around (stumbling hard) between 430am to 545am.
Called up concierge due to insomnia, they acted in 5 min and solve my issue.
Thanks who ever helped out.
Skyworld is good!

โ โ โ โ โ Room: for 6 adults, weekday.
Pros: neat design, covered walkway to themepark and mall, friendly staff. Fast check out.
Cons:
1) very bad sound insulation, can hear room next door chatting at night. Hard to slep at night.
2) no air ventilator nor air con, u have to open the window, but yet it facing back Street, bus/bike passing noise polution too loud to sleep..
3)upper level bed feeling hot even during rainy night. No ventilation, dead air, Fan wind cannot reach there, hard to sleep..
4) parking quite far.

โ โ โ โ โ A bit far to sky casino.However, the room is clean and big enough for those who come with family members.
Please do no expect quite environment due to many lousy car with big ekzos keep making noise on the road ??

โ โ โ โ โ check out on 20 May 2022, the next day realize i left my item in the hotel. So we urgently email them, call them, even messenger them to seek for help, still 0 replies until today. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

โ โ โ โ โ Rooms bigger than First world , excellent for those visiting Outdoor Theme Park.
Rooms have separate compartment for toilet bowl, Shower and twin basin !
Still a small walk for food variety and casino access, no direct parking within the hotel.

โ โ โ โ โ rooms too near the roads. street and transport sounds like sleeping on the road. especially in the morning 5-7am. 5am sembahyang with speakers very loud. cannot sleep at all. like sleeping in the masjid. at least control the volume. we are still in the sleeping mode with kids. all my kids wake up together at 5am! very lousy

โ โ โ โ โ Sound insulation in the room is terrible. Lack of ventilation in the room forces you to open the windows. When the windows are open, the hotel is situated so close to the road that you can hear cars/motorcycles/trucks moving up and down.
Definitely do not recommend to travelers whom are light sleepers.

โ โ โ โ โ Have a bad experience staying in this hotel. Toilet are smelly, hairs everywhere. Room is indeed spacious and big, staff is helpful and friendly, just the cleanliness part need to improve. Soundproofing can be better, can literally hearing the room beside us their conversation. The most unacceptable is the cleanliness, which I can't stay comfortably.
