★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visiting my family for almost 10 days as to-date and everyday it feels like holiday. There's a mini park for jogging or walking, playground for kids, awesome facilities and free movies over the weekends. Hope to see at least one shopping mall in the future.

"structure" - "low cost flat"
walking distance to grab Latte.. nice amenities - - - lifestyle - great!
if you are quiet resident - - die! nightmare!
if upstair is active family - - lagi die-- slight 'knocking on the floor' either kids run, doing exercise, thing drop on floor, tumbuk sambal, day night clean up house, .. the 'pong pong' sound is extremely loud, yes! it is extremely extremely loud.. if big kid run, adult do zumba.. the vibration feels like building going to collapse... very bad structure.... start thinking am i staying in low cost flat?
every midnight 12am/1am - - motorists kind of racing... the exhaust boom boom noise is killing.. once in blue moon no noise guess kena tangkap?
Found developer profile, look like this is their FIRST high rise building /condo... no wonder...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for own living/rental,Down stairs has speedmart 99 ,2mins to Aeon Big ,many shop lot nearby like restaurants(non-halal is more than halal),hardwares shop,hospital ,School (Private Taiwan school). But also has a lot factory shop at this area.
