★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and tranquil. Very near to a big lake garden which is well litted. Near banks, MC Donald, Starbucks, n a fair size mall called Gamuda Walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good family oriented condominium but it's aging and facilities are lacking compared to todays new condominiums out there. Few covered car parks, and a few more issues that comes with building age. Location is still prime and cant get any better as it's at the first round about of kota kemuning.
