What bothers me is only the outside noise during midnights (or as far as 4-5am esp. on weekends) for those who're facing the Giant/KFC direction - there are some regular hooligans hanging out by the streets near the shoplots blasting music from their cars. Reported to police & they doesn't seem to bother ?

β β β β β Best part of KU Suites is the security it offers... The best and you feel safe at home night or day and once you enter KU Suites. They offer what I would say a 4 tier security, starts with the Guard house entrance with your access card, parking level access, lift with access to go to your floor and final swipe to enter your floor. You need to swipe 4 times just to get yourself home and which would make any break-ins almost impossible,as well as any strangers loitering anywhere near KU Suites. Smooth management affairs and cleanliness is very good too. The building needs a repaint though...
