Thanks to Coach Tony, his coaching provided me with loads of help, losing weight (body fat) and shape up, planning my balance diets and making sure i didn't miss any meal of the day and learnt nutrition knowledge. I changed my lifestyle, become healthier and lose 3kg body fat~ is just unbelievable!
