β β β β β Great place to visit with your family! All staffs really helpful & kind. They even offer themselves to take our photos! Friendly reminder if you are a student/any of your family member is a student, remember to bring their student card because can enjoy special price! :))
To sum up, my family and I had really good time there!

β β β β β A great attraction to visit if you are a fan of ghost lores. I spent about 50-60 mins touring around, reading the descriptions & taking photos. Many props & mannequins to take photos with. The Egypt area is particularly well done, I'm amazed with the detail they put on the wall painting. Some areas are cheaply done, especially on the audio, but still a good effort to visualise the ghosts/creatures.
As a person that gets startled easily, this is quite mild, so don't worry. No jump scares. :D
I heard there used to be tour guides to show around (pre-covid), hope they can bring this concept back. Maybe with a better budget, can adopt a "London Dungeon" style for a scarier experience.
Overall, I enjoyed the ghost museum.

β β β β β Really neat place. It's a bit quick to run through and focusing more heavily on Asian ghosts (to be expected) but it's really well done. The proprietor is really fun to talk to and you should totally visit this place when in Penang.

β β β β β Went to this place with a friend. This place open at 10 am if I'm not mistaken. We came early so there are not many visitors. Many nice spots and props to take pictures. My personal favourite was the vampire themed dining room & zombie room. No need to worry cos there are no jumpscares.? I suggest that you came early so you'll have more time to explore and take pictures. Overall, I love this place and will recommend it to everyone visiting Georgetown.??β¨?

β β β β β Went here with my cousins and had a blast. The displays were good and creepy. Unfortunately, when we visited the place there was a blackout though the owner still let us in (at a discounted price). Turns out that blackout was a blessing in disguise as it made the displays even scarier was a huge treat for us. The staff were incredibly nice and professional. Would gladly come to this place again.
