★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven't been to this place for the past year. After today's visit was surprised with the closure of so many shops and stalls. This Giant outlet used to have full occupancy but now maybe only 50% of shops open. Really sad. Hopefully Giant will last longer than its retail occupants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time went in there after 4 years. I like the new upscaled looks inside Giant itself. Place was really bright, clean & slightly reminds me of Waitrose in London. Lots of small outlets surrounding Giant are closed permanently however. I assumed they didn't survive the MCO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in giant today to purhase some stuff. Upon purchasing and making payment, I move on to my car to keep my things. And then went back to pos malaysia which located inside giant to renew my license. Then I realised I missed my IC.
I'm afraid my IC have dropped somewhere in Giant. If anyone of the management team or anyone see my IC pls reply to this post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At 8 pm, they started to locked the third (nearby atm. Machines) and forth door (nearby jco donut) without reminder. The giant security never think two critical. Things: 1st, the client whose parking at open space especially who bring small. Kids.. They need to pusing and passed through the dark side of the building. 2nd, if emergency happened, it will make the situation worse bcos limited of exit area. Worse security management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad service.. call never answered 3x.. straight.. yesterday purchase rm900 total .. one of the cashier said have many free gift.. but today after return since yesterday customer service close at 9.45.. one boy come out need to called out.. after gettingone mangkuk he went back inside.. im not sure.. Why but Giant need to have better customer service in servicing your customer..

varities of goods
competitive price with other supermarkets
comfortable to shop as well maintained
just need two sides of escalator with up and down not both the same direction which difficult to bring groceries after and lift also not so convenient
also theres a restaurants or mini booth inside and others shoplots too .
