★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the customer service counter when a staff (from another department, presumably) came and audited the first-aid kit there. After checking that the items in the kit matched the list on the cover she added a new item and updated the list and then signed off on it. This is a plus for Giant.
However the prices of some goods on sale were not updated on time and we were charged the original price instead of the discounted price which is why we were at the customer service counter. So, sorry this cost them a star, otherwise pretty good experience.
Prices are reasonable and staff friendly especially at the meat section.
