★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New workers, lot of things don’t know. Take almost 20 minutes at this outlet. Gigi coffee for this outlet should put more senior staff since ioi have a lot of people coming. My mother said her coffee is bid because too much ice. It’s okay, hope that the manager of this outlet alert more and train the staff to improve the service. Im looking for to come again to this outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is extremely slow. One latte took 15 minutes and if I had a short break from work, 15 minutes would have been wasted from waiting for my coffee. What makes it worse was the barrista was laughing at something rather than making coffee. Never visiting Gigi IOI anymore.
