★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there with my boboy and gegirl... Two guys working there at the shop, both playing phone... Make me stand like a pole for about 5 minute... No smile at all when attending cust, talk also like annoyed i was there to purchase while he was watching something on the phone... Nahhh, not going to that branch again, just because the staff....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small space to queue for ordering at counter before dine in. Disturb the walkway for other people in front of store. Just small mykori, not in usual shop lot. Food is great, not so sweet. Order just GrabToGo kakigori, not so small and not so big. Dustbin not provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bingsu is good but the workers here is unfriendly and lazy. There is no hygiene as they left the table unclean and wait until there is no table to use before they clean it. Very bad services. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, inattentive staff at cashier and server. They were folding origami while taking order and did not acknowledge whether they understood the order or not. The server were lazy to speak up the order number to alert the customers. Instead, he just rang the bell and stare stupidly at the attended customer.
Second, ice shaved received were not as appetizing as I have ordered at other outlets. The fruits for the yogurt series were going bad, not rotten yet but browning.
