โ โ โ โ โ Your staff attitude is terrible!!! They need a proper training of what is customer service. I went there to collect my food panda order, stood in front of counter almost 10mins and sounded, all their staff just pretend didn't see me.If u not happy with ur work, just quit and find another, that's lot of people out there need a work opportunity.

โ โ โ โ โ Rude and bad customer service. No basic manners. The Chinese guy working there tends to ignore and act impatient towards the customers. Putting on earbuds during work even when customers are talking to him.

โ โ โ โ โ Seriously, Gindaco 1 utama you can't afford a bin? I witnessed their staff throw the rubbish into the sink after sweeping the floor. Yuckss.
