★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The male cashier today.. Really speechless as in he scanned the free gift and keep it himself because I didn't add on pwp products. Checked the receipt after I back home and realized free gift was claimed but I didn't receive it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overstaffed, under serviced. Too many trainees in uniform hovering over a single task. When asked, standard answer is "finished" or "don't have" so they dont have to follow up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the oddest experience here just now. I had 2 items picked for purchase. Upon reaching the counter, the cashier immediately begin upselling their PWP products which I politely waited for her to finish her sales talk and I declined.
Then she pushed again for other products. I waited and gave a firm “no, thank you”. She then begin to cash in my purchases and once she handed me the receipt, she started upselling again-for the third time!
I waited for her to be done and told her no, thank you one last time. Then the oddest thing happened, the other cashier next to her peeked at me with a lingering look. And then they begin discussing in front of me the reasons why I didn’t purchase their PWP items. She told the other cashier “Tulah, I already asked her twice. Tak tau la.”
Is it really that unbelievable that I do not want to buy more items??
Wow Watson. No means no. Don’t need to be dramatic. I would expect that if there is a long line, customers might feel threatened to purchase their upsells so that they don’t hold up the line. This is too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here few times before. It is now much spacious and the items are arranged nicely. So customers can shop around and browse items easily. There are many promoters in this pharmacy. The pharmacy corner has pharmacist always as well. Almost have promotions everyday. Staffs are friendly and quick at the counters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical Watsons. Well stocked. Bright & clean. Good offers from time to time. Service is a hit & miss. Does get crowded. Cashiers can be slow at times causing a queue. Self payment kiosk seem down all the time.
