★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to your outlet in Alamanda PutraJaya on Thursday 2nd of Feb and bought 2 pairs of jeans.. We requested for alteration for both jeans but the results were really dissapointing. The jeans looks ugly after the alterations. As a customers we should get a good after sale service and not this kind of quality..you should maintain a good quality as your brand is one of the established brands. We have to go to other alteration shops in order to make good and repair back the damage and defect done by your staff In Alamanda PutraJaya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i want to exchange trousers for one size bigger, but they are not ready to help without a bill. How difficult is it to find a copy of bill using name or phone number or bar code on the product. Left the trousers at the NU sentral store since its of no use

I did an online order a week ago and it’s still not delivered till the moment I am writing this review.
Status of the shipment has been “ Ready for Shipment “ for few days on tracking site. No reply on my emails , no reply on the live chat . Really regretting this order .

I know its mco but everything else and moving. If you have an online website to sell, then make sure u process the orders or just disable the transactions/put notice on your page. Irresponsible seller!
