β β β β β The staff are friendly but both the doctors are lack of empathy to the caregiver of the pets. Judgement without understanding the situation. Unprofessional. They always looks busy so if u looking for a vet that care n listen do reconsider.

β β β β β Was looking for a new vet last month and thought I'd try this place out. The vet that tended to my cat (can't refer to her by name because she didn't introduce herself in a professional setting, but it was the Indian vet) started off nice and then implied that I didn't clean my cat (interestingly, the reviewer below me mentioned something similar), as though trying to play a game of gotcha!, and then mocked the way I spoke at one point.
Felt like I was dealing with a teenager with low self-esteem all of a sudden, so that was weird. Once the male assistant left the room she was really nice and informative in regards to my cats condition, which was appreciated. Thanks for that!
Seems like a nice place, but hit or miss. Trying to dominate the customer is bad business practice. Don't do it, it's not a good look!

β β β β β Edited 28/2/2022- This review pertains to the previous vet, Dr. Teoh, and vet staff. I have not visited since December 2021.
I have nothing but praise for the staff at Cyberlynx- they all go above and beyond for each patient. You will never hear anyone say "oh it's just a street cat". The patient is the priority.
This clinic has saved many of my rescue cats as well as my own kitten who had an adverse reaction to anesthesia at another clinic. I would trust them completely with any of my animals!
They are thorough, professional and most importantly, kind. They will not give up on your pet and they are fantastic at diagnosing tricky cases (for example, a vet at a different clinic diagnosed a rescue kitten with FIP, but thanks to Dr. Teoh, the kitten was correctly diagnosed with a liver shunt and has since been adopted and is thriving.)
Although a visit with Cyberlynx might cost more than your neighborhood vet, consider that you will get premium care and potentially have fewer clinic visits in the future.

β β β β β -story a bit long- my CuteCute 15 year old..my dearest old baby. in year 2019 December she sudden coughed non-stop, went to equine vet said is Airway Collapse and heart enlarged, cannot do anything, no medicine for her. Then thru fren recommend i drove to Seremban vet, the doc asked few questions then prescribed Fortekor, asked to give her everyday 1 table. Again i went to Kuchai Lama Vet, also said nthg can do, asked me gave her to breathe in Ventolin.
Until last month 2021 October, her condition worsen, kept coughing again, i brought her to Cyberlynx, this doc is so far the most knowledgeable and experienced i've seen. Doc said cutecute shouldn't have taken Fortekor first, should be Pimobendan. This doc precisely confirmed Cute has Airway Collapse, Heart Murmur. Most importantly, able to give me medicines to ease her condition. This doc unlike others, told me when is the next follow-up visit, didn't give up on my old baby..im really touched.
But i do know CuteCute is old and sick, her time is counting down, but she still active and enjoy life, is not the time yet..i would do anything to prolong her lifespan..
Staffs and Doctors here are good, kind and gentle to all pets, but CuteCute just too frightened of doctors..it would be best if Cyberlynx could provide house-call vet service

β β β β β Edited Feb 2022 - Dr. Teoh and her team have left Cyberlynx. My review is only applicable to the previous team.
I've seen over 20 vets in Klang Valley to find a dependable vet for my rescue work, as well as my own cats. I stumbled upon Dr. Teoh and her team, and can honestly attest that they are by far the most reliable, communicative, detailed vet team and with an impressive breadth of knowledge and love for the animals.
I was particularly impressed by the following areas:
1. Diagnostics - Dr. Teoh has a very rational diagnostics method that considers all possibilities. I've experienced vets who do the outwardly checks, and prescribe antibiotics to see if it makes the symptoms go away. That would never happen here. First of all, she asks what is wrong with the cat, and really listens. Then all the physical signs are checked - weight, temperature, appearance, ear, mouth, nose, hydration level, listening to the heart and the lungs. Then if something needs to be further examined, then a tiny drop of blood is taken by pricking the ear and checked under a microscope to check for any indications of infection. If still suspicious, then a complete blood count is done. Dr. Teoh has managed to find the real diagnoses for tricky cases where other vets gave up, recommended euthanasia or just settled on the wrong diagnosis without even a blood test. If your animal is having some sort of chronic issue and you've been seeing a lot of vets to get to the bottom of it, this team can figure it out for you.
2. Thoroughness/attention to detail - Dr. Teoh and her team try everything in a systematic way, and will even consult overseas specialists to see if anything was missed. They even have treatment solutions or medications that are rare in Malaysia, and will do everything to try to source it from other countries as well. Thoughtless mistakes when it comes to the care of the animals is an extreme rarity, which is super refreshing!
3. Communication - Dr. Teoh will take the time to explain what the symptoms indicate and what potential diagnoses are for the sick animal. She also lays out a step-by-step plan of action, explaining any further need for diagnostic testing (such as X-ray or ultrasound) and if the first treatment/medication doesn't work, then what Plans B and C are. The whole team also eases your worry if your beloved animal is hospitalized. They are generous with updates despite their incredibly busy schedule, and have sent me daily photos. You can tell they stay overtime, to try to update their clients on their animals and spend more time with the patients before turning in. And if there's a particular issue that another vet specializes in, Dr. Teoh has very kindly helped with introductions and referrals.
4. Care and love for the animals - The whole team is super loving to all the animals. They remember all their patients' names, are happy to see them return for routine check-ups, and are super gentle with terrified animals. What I love is that they have a no-scruffing policy for cats. They believe scruffing an agitated cat makes matters worse and will try other methods of restraining, use acupressure points, treats, give them some time, or in very extreme feral cases, a mild sedative to calm them down. But even my most anxious cats have done very well at Cyberlynx!
At first, I saw cheaper vets to keep costs down but I found that when a cat was really struggling, it was only the Cyberlynx team who was able to correctly diagnose and successfully treat. But I would have already been on an expensive wild goose chase with often a completely wrong diagnosis. While this clinic is above average in price compared to the market, they're easily in the top 1% in terms of actual treatment and service, so now I just go straight here as I trust their opinion the most.
Thank you Dr. Teoh, Dr. Iman, Cayee, Catherine, Awi, and the entire team for going above and beyond for my cats and for every patient who walks through your doors. Attached photo is Captain Scoots and Dory, both who would not be alive today without their help!
