Their team is super professional and nice even though you are purchasing preloved items. Same level of professionalism from the team when I was just online window shopping or if I'm buying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 purchases later, I find myself coming back to write another review for Glampot. I managed to snag a hard-to-get item in excellent condition at an even better price. They took photos from every angle and answered all my questions promptly, since the item had not been listed on their website yet. (I made an IG account just to keep up with all their new drops!)
The product arrived the same day I requested it, and in the condition described. Their condition-ranking system is very accurate -- I personally do not purchase items rated below a 9/10, and I can say that for all 4 of my items, they're practically brand new.
Always enjoy doing business with Glampot. The team is patient, professional, and courteous. And I never have to worry about authenticity or getting a bad deal. 11/10 would recommend!

This of course save time and I could get it on the same day. The payment method is flexible, either through the website or direct through an online banking. Packaging was excellent to ensure the bag was protected and delivery was prompt. Highly recommended from handling your enquiries and services. Will but again in the future.
