★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really scared when I saw the low ratings but as soon as I was there, 2 lovely and well mannered ladies explain to me on the test that they do and provided me with good advice on what I should check on.
I was there around 10am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at this branch is NOT customer centric. If you're looking for service with a smile, do not.. i repeat DO NOT come. If you're here to give blood and take report WITHOUT consultation AND tolerant to unhelpful behaviour, then yes. And sanitize your hands in front of their faces so that they can see it.

Extremely bad service.
Rude speaking tone, Pathlab is at a loss to have such staffs at customer service. The way to talk and settle problem for customer is extremely bad.
Definitely wont come back here. Wont recommend for friends and family as well.
The girl definitely not suitable for her position to serve customer.

The staff is quick response and attentive.
But I called their phone number this morning, been calling for 20 mins, still no one to answer the call. I guess it is due to the lack of human force

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked appointment here because nearer to my stay, but didn't notice the review is bad in google map, until today i visited the lab, the receptionist is quite ok, explained everything in detailed. The staff that helped to do blood draw, skill is quite good, i only felt a mild pain when the needle poked into vein, only small bruise appeared, which i felt no harm. The only thing cause me to deduct 1 star was the chairs in front of the reception are moldy, they should change the chair or at least do some cleaning, or place some new cushion on top.
