β β β β β The place is just near main entrance ..opposide LDP ....very clean place n very spacious...nice decor with the staff is fast n young...good job guys...have place to do work n meet friends ...u need to check out guys...??????β€β€β€

β β β β β The Starbucks is okay in terms of quality for their food. But the cashier didn't ask for my name , and when drinks were prepared it stood on the pick-up counter for more than a few minutes. Minor complain else overall is still a decent experience

β β β β β Spacious Starbucks in the mall with many seatings. Starbuck merchandise are sold here as well. View of outside LDP highway. The cafe also looks bright as natural sunlight shines in easily. Staffs are friendly but look tired.

β β β β β I place my order and go back to my seat which back facing the barista counter.
After like 15 minutes, I wondering why it took like so long for my coffee to ready.
I walk to the barista counter and there's wasn't any staff at the counter at all.
I look for the staff and saw all the staff stand at the front entrance and taking Raya celebration picture.
And I saw my drink was placing on the table.
I know this is self service picking out our own coffee, but at least please call out the name when the drink is ready.
Not just left the drink on the table? And left the drink there?
We're paying for the drink, we're not taking the food for free. Overall this is an unpleasant service.

Huge area, with a Starbucks Reserve counter too.
Plenty of seats and really popular.

β β β β β A large outlet located at one of the mall entrances. Lots of natural light, but to me its not very comfortable as its glaring. And of course its hotter if you're seated near the large panes of glass. They try to increase the comfort by putting a blower at the area, but it doesn't help much. Their chiller is often well-stocked with cakes and pastries.

β β β β β Probably the worst branch ever. The ice blended seems to be too watery. And didn't call out when the drinks were ready. The coffee even taste surprisingly not that endearing to drink.
Staff was rude, it's like she was in a hurry for something and even no energy to take orders. Even frown at me when I corrected her with my order. I asked for 1 hot and 1 ice blended caramel macchiato, when she reached for two plastic cup, I politely told her, it's 1 hot and 1 ice blended (so she won't have to write to the other plastic cup and waste it. And she was like "What? ?" Even though with mask on, her eyes were noticeably irritated and gives me a not in a good mode tone. And with the name she's going to write, she's like "spell it ?', she even dismissed me rudely after I pay. Even the cups she took just stumbled on the counter because she was in a tantrum and grumpy state. Her actions towards is so demeaning.
I let it pass and thought that she might be having a bad day, but it seems like there were reviews about the (staff/s) attitude of this branch. Same thing that their line of business is customer service, but there's clearly an attitude problem.
