★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had twice bad experience at here. Firstly, I duplicate a key. In the end the key unable to use at all. When we return to the shop, the guy returned us the money. Secondly, I sent my camel sandal to the shop as the strap had came out. Initially, we ask can you make it. The guy said I will try and we did told him this is a leather made, if can't do it just let us know. So after more than 15minutes. It turn out he sew and use super glue to glue at the thread knot. May I know if you had use a super glue to glued it with rough surface and you wear on it. Do you feel comfortable? Immediately, my boyfriend ask him. And he said I never said I guarantee I can make it. But if you are not guarantee, can you ask our satisfaction before glue it? After he heard that, he took back my sandal and he use a plier to flattened the glue. However, it had left a mark of the plier onto my leather surface. Is just so mess up and wasted my money. Please improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a good and bad experience. For key duplicate service it's very fast, they've done it less then 5mins. But for shoes repair, it's a horrible experience for me. They said it will take 1 day to repair my shoes- to glue the shoe sole, i went there the next day to pick up my shoes and when they handed my shoes, I can see the glue mark on the sole it's messy and there's still a gap at the shoe soles. I asked, why it's messy and i think it's not fix yet. She said "oh it can not be fix", i told her "if you can not fix it, you should tell me earlier so I find other place to fix it, it's not supposed to have a gap between the soles". She replied "oh i'm not the one who fix your shoes, i'm just replacement person". I replied "can you fix it again for me?". She said "okay come back tomorrow".
I came back the next day, another person in charged said "oh it's not fix yet, i'm a replacement, i just got your shoes today, you have to wait for 2 or 3days". So i leave empty handed. I dont know how they manage their employee, too many replacement, different person in charge and it affect their services. I am very dissapointed, it's take up a lot of time go there everyday and twice i leave the place empty handed.
I dont recommend this place for shoe or bag repair. You better go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially wanted to check the car key whether have problem or not. Ended up they help to change the battery with RM22 per pcs x 2 due to that key need two batteries! And the battery can be purchased from Daiso at RM5.9/pcs. Fine, they said it's sony brand, but i search online...Maximum charges also only RM10 to RM15/pcs. Their margin is hell high! And they never ask before confirm that i want it or not! WILL NOT GET SERVICE FROM THEM ANYMORE
