★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main reason why I like this facial center at first place is because there was no hard selling or pushing me to subscribe any packages. But recently I feel keep being pushed to purchase the facial package while I already have so many sessions left. When I say I don’t want, I really don’t want it and don’t make your customer feel bad because we don’t buy what you try to sell. Really hope I just can come to finish my session and go back. I have been their customer since few years, so I hope can continue the session without feeling forced or pushed to purchase any packages. Thanks
