β β β β β I have network problem where it deduced my youtube quota a lot but I didn't use or even on the YouTube apps or website. Came to here to seek for clarification but end up wasted my 45mins. I wish I can give no star to them. Customer service is rude and not professional. They just claimed the quota deduction solely made by system. They 'blamed' me using Facebook where there is youtube embedded video within. Hello, customer service! Don't you forget your most stable network was down yesterday?? Please reconsider if you want to subscribe hotlink flex. They sell your contact to 3rd party and charge for Rm5 per msg. Here the customer service said I personally go online and subscribe it?? Good job, maxis!

β β β β β Hi I'm the 1 oppo staff over there, Yes I'm busy buddy who willing to help all the customer who don't know how to speak malay or English, not just only help maxis staff translate and also help elderly people setting thier phone which got phone setting problem. And I got right to watch every one profile for more understanding what thier plan or account going on to help customer slove thier problems. And of course I from oppo then how to act like maxis pro? I don even know what maxis staff doing. And I call you wait because if you don'tοΌour maxis staff unable to serve customer who walk there walk here like shopping mall and all customer will go inside the center and then became covid cluster maxis. Feel free to find me if any of you looking for oppo phone in maxis (><)

β β β β β Even I came at 9am they still work like snails. Security can keep on talking on phone. I know this is a telecommunication center but can the security do that while on duty?!

β β β β β Just went in to this center, the no relevant person from oppo shirt donβt know what so busy body. If not maxis staff, pls donβt pretend like maxis pro staff using sign to ask customer come in or wait (So rude). PLEASE BEWARE THAT THE OPPO GUYS NOT A MAXIS STAFF AND SHOULD NOT COME IN OUR DISCUSSION TO LOOK THE DATA, AND YES YOU ARE NOT ALLOW TO PEEK AS WELL TO VIEW CUSTOMER INFORMATION .The maxis service staff is helpful and polite, she is professional and well knowledge.

β β β β β Please stop operating, don't waste money for the rental and labour cost, you'll be transparent automatically inside the shop like noone there as EVERYBODY with maxis uniform is doing their own stuff but not checking around to see if customer needs help or purchase anything
There are bunches of branches out there, just don't waste your time even to step in.
