★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nail bar, please tell your customers that you do not take booking for appointments if you are not able to cope. This is the 2nd time I make an appointment and it ends up messed up. 1st time you didn’t even know that I have an appointment. This time you expect me to wait for you but you don’t even have the courtesy to come and greet us. I know you have a lot of business but this is still not the way to treat your customers. Regret signing up for your pre-paid package or maybe it’s because I’m a pre-paid customer and thus this treatment - money is in your pocket already.
