β β β β β I must say I was excited for the offers they advertised but unfortunately I went there with my husband for a 3 times to book for appointment and each time I hear a different offer. I am non-Malaysian and I felt like I was conned. They said for the first time offer there will be a free consultation for my skin and not a single information was given. They only took photos of our faces with no discussion or consultation. They wouldn't book an appointment for you unless you pay. They do laser for face and during that they say that the facial serum they should apply on your facr after laser costs 38 RM not included in the treatment cost that you paid! How come?? Its their responsibility to hydrate the face post laser session! Finally they only gave me only 35RM voucher (where they mentioned before that they will give me RM 200 voucher if MY HUSBAND JOINS A NEW PACKAGE) and most disappointing, they didn't accept the voucher cost to apply the RM 38 serum on my face, explaining that vouchers are only to buy their products knowing that each product cost around RM 168 minimum! Very disappointed from the treatment. Feels like just a business place not a derma professional clinic. I do not recommend. Note: This was in KLCC branch.

β β β β β I had an amazing experience with the facial treatment and my beauty therapist Karen who really made me feel comfortable and relaxed .?I returning back home as an expat next week and my biggest regret will be not doing the treatment earlier ?so if you are thinking about it .. please just hi and do it ASAP ?

β β β β β My first visit I was attended by Karen who was pleasant and informative. She answered my questions was was friendly.
I reacted well to the laser and cryo treatments, therapist were gentle and informative during sessions. The deal I found was quite good, found through Instagram. RM 168 for 2 sessions of laser and I topped up extra for cryo. My pores look smaller and I feel like my skin looks younger!
The company made it quite sneaky with the referral program tho, as this credits only applies with certain full priced treatments, not first time trials.
I do expect some up-sell from these services and so far my experience has been quite okay for this. No hard and or uncomfortable up-sells, just felt like they were doing their jobs.
The online appointment system not optimal and can make it hard for planning the day, but they girls are always happy to help me set an appointment when I call in.
Overall very happy with Mid Valley brunch.

β β β β β Very nice interior and set up. Not sure about the effectiveness of the treatment as I did not get a chance to try it because reality & their advertised βtouch & goβ system did not quite match up. Glo Laser is supposed to offer quick and effective facials which are supposed to be 15 minutes. Sign up took about 20 minutes, which was fine although the amount of waivers I was required to sign did make me a little nervous. Was told I needed to wait 10 minutes for my facial but ended up waiting 25 minutes and I was still not being seen! I had to tell the manager that I have to go as by that point my 10 month old had woken up from his nap and leaving him with my sister who was with me for an indefinite amount of time wasnβt ideal (by this point I had lost confidence I was only going to be in the treatment room for 15 minutes!). Plus it was getting to peak traffic hour. Not great to have not had a supposedly quick 15 minute facial after having spent almost an hour at the shop!

β β β β β Penny was helpful and polite in attending to my enquiry. I had a lot of questions but she was patient and and responsive to me via Whatsapp. Went for the SKINFIX Laser & IPL Face promo and was attended by Elise.
Elise walked me through the cause and effects of my pigmentation as well as setting expectations for the results. Naturally, she did try to introduce add-ons and other packages to me but wasn't trying too hard to close a deal. Throughout the treatment, she made me really comfortable β striking small conversation, and giving me tips on how to take care of my face. No hard sell, just honest service.
My face felt smoother and cleaner, and can last throughout the day without feeling too oily, even just after 2 sessions.
