★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place was easy to find. I've did treatment for bad case of dandruff and hair loss. So far after 6 visits I've noticed much less hair fall compared to without treatment. The staff are friendly and will advise what is the best course for your hair. Eventho the treatment and products are on the pricier side, it is worth it in my opinion

I am a student, I intend to purchase only the products. But I will definitely return for treatment the next time. Overall, the best customer service I've ever experienced!!

Every staffs here are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. I’ve been explained thoroughly on my scalp and hair fall condition, and they’ve provided me appropriate treatments. Overall, I’m so happy and satisfied with everything I get from here.

She talked to me for 30 minutes, explanation very detail. After staff name Carmen, because the purpose of my visit is to try RM99 promotion. She told me about the benefits of this RM99 promotion and another scalp treatment that was more suitable for me. finally I tried the RM99 promotion, which take about 40 minutes. It was a good process and the staff were very friendly to meet me. Throughout the process, she explained to me what products she was using and their benefits. After the treatment they let me know how many sessions I needed for my problem. So I sign the package. It was a great experience and hope my comments will help others solve their own problems

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been visited to hair doc recently. After the consultation, the consultant explain that my condition which have to focus on deep cleansing on scalp so I followed what they proposed.
During the treatment,it was very fresh and relaxing. Consultant also showed me the results before after doing deep cleansing scalp. It was awesome! I also continue with the package they suggested. My scalp become healthy and less itchy now ,highly recommend,????
