★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super duper hard sales even you keep declining their offer. They make you lock in the consultant room and keep offering you to sign up package that at least 1k.
Not recommended even they got any so called trial package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feeling so regret to sign up with this Beaute library. All their so called 'beauty consultants' are all hard selling. I'm so scared to go back because the last treatment they sold to me I have terrible scarring even after applying their serum. I think everyone should stay away from this unethical and cheating brand. I have few more facial and I don't feel it's worth it to finish even. Everyday will ask you to buy new treatment but online price is cheaper than what they offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didnt expect the crystal k treatment is without clearing pore and steaming part. If you wanna do that, you have to top up another RM188 on top of RM380.
Feedback that the side effect on my face has a light scar after treatment, they are not providing solutions but sell you another better treatment - baby needle instead. That’s kinda ridiculous.
Money is not an issue to me but to me honestly is important, you lost my trust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beaute Library is the only place I go for my facials for the past 3 years. My face always feels like it obtained a breath of new life after my sessions, no matter how regular I try to go. The products are gentle on my skin and the consultants are super attentive to my skin concerns and needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you want to go for self care, ended up hard selling products to you. I used to like their service but now even before start to do facial, they start to consult you and sell you treatment.
When use trial, they will tell you, you will need to do few treatment to see the difference.
Every time go to facial, am i expecting to buy something new? Then what is the point of having the credits? I might as well buy when i need the treatment? I know during pandemic, businesses faced difficulties. But the money also our hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a total regret to do treatment here. To gain more sales, they would not be transparent with you when they sell their treatment (always start with selling you a cheap one time treatment) and after the treatment tell you that this treatment only comes with good result if you buy their other treatments or products which cost easily a few thousand ringgit. If you don't buy it you are left with what feels like a half done job and in my case, worse skin than before i did the treatment-i gained a few dark spots after it and reason being is because i didn't buy their products after treatment (according to them). So it takes much longer time to heal. Which I am doubtful whether it'll heal at all after much waiting now. To me, this is really unethical to put customer in fear and also make their skin worse. I regret spending money and made my skin worse here. All they care about is the money. The person who sold me the treatment was Colxxxx. I'm not sure it's just her or the whole salon beautician/sales are like that. My advice is never go there to get cheated or ruin your face.. My first time writing such review for beauty salon. Really disappointed.

Nowadays, they do a lot of hard selling, they made I stay in the consultation room until I paid some money $>3k last round, otherwise they will not let you out from the room. Today, their strategy is make you buy for new treatment before even start doing the facial……

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for the Crystal K Skin Renewal treatment and immediately saw results. My face was brighter and dewier, my fine lines were smaller and most importantly my skin looked refreshed and much healthier than before. Makeup applied flawlessly on my face after this treatment! On top of that, the service was also amazing, I was guided at every step of the treatment. My beautician made sure I was comfortable and the treatment was super soothing, no pain at all. I would highly recommend this treatment!
