β β β β β Lousiest medical centre, donβt go. Doctors donβt attend to you, they will assign unqualified intern/medical assistant to attend.
Did a PCR test, result took them more than 24hrs. After multiple calls, then only they ask for my details because according to them system donβt have records.
Did 5 RTK test shows positive, call up to clarify none of the staff or doctors takes responsibilities.

β β β β β Did PCR test at their Mont Kiara branch. The hospital sent my test result to my colleague, which I don't feel comfortable at all. We have made it clear to the staff to send our reports separately to the respective persons. The fact that the hospital not respecting our privacy is very disappointing!

β β β β β Never ever go back to this hospital anymore, charging people with high bills but I just done a very minor surgery ita cost me 20k. Service is terrible, the one who help to take bloods tooks 3 time only successful took my blood, they are very unprofessional. Moreover they serve outside food by grab and foodpanda to a patient who just done Surgery.
Please think twice if you were coming to do any surgery, and meet the doctors which giving not good advice and not helping at all to my sick. Force me rather went to government hospital to take treatment.
Total experience is very unpleasant and never ever will come back again.

I'm really disappointed with Dr.Shanny and her admin. I was so excited to go to this doctor for my first trimester checkup and was liaising with the admin via WA a few days before my appointment. Then I asked for the price of the ultrasound and the admin told me RM250-280 for consultation and another RM500-800 for ultrasound+HPV test. The price was a bit shocking but I said I'd like to consult the doctor first and then decide there. On that day, I had to wait 1.5hrs for my turn because doctor had to do a surgery but that was fine and I waited patiently. When it was finally my turn, her assistant just brought me straight into the ultrasound room instead of to the doctor's room and wanted to proceed with the ultrasound first. I was confused as it was my first ever visit to see this doctor and I did request for a consultation first. I asked if I can have a quick meet with the doctor to discuss about pricing and procedure since it's going to be my first child and I'm choosing a gynae for my entire pregnancy, not a one off thing! The doctor's assistant made me wait for another 15min and then said I could finally see the doctor but a moment later changed her mind and asked me to just wait outside. After another 10min, now her admin that works at the front desk came out of the doctor's room and handed me a paper with the pricing scribbled down by the doctor.
I couldn't really read the doctor's handwriting so the admin reluctantly went through it with me quickly and said something very snobbish like, "doctor said it's up to you whether or not you want to do" when I didn't even react or looked shocked in any way. I was merely digesting the info as she read it to me. The whole digesting part took less than 2min and before I could confirm the procedure, they decided to let another patient go in without even first asking if they can let another patient go first or if I needed more time. No courtesy or empathy whatsoever after I've waited almost 2 hours!! Dr.Shanny's attitude was the worst. She couldn't even spare 5-10min for a short introduction+consultation with a new patient and I'll repeat this, even after I've waited 2 hours for her! In the end, I walked out without doing anything there. I'd suggest finding another gynae with better attitude. She's too high and mighty, and definitely overpriced.

β β β β β Itβs really waste of time that we just need a x Ray but no one can give us an answer when can we do it. We went there on Friday morning and paid everything, then they ask us to wait. Itβs been 2 hours and no one was attending us for x Ray. When we ask again, they informed us they have a slot in the evening, we said is fine just call us. Problem is no one called us. So we called, the line was just been transfer here and there yet no one can give us a time for a 5 seconds xRay. We called 3 times and they keep telling us they are busy arranging. The entire hospital has only 1 person to do x ray. They informed us to call them Saturday morning to book a slot. Which we did, then they tell us x ray is only Monday to Fridayβ¦What theβ¦I started to raised my voice and they say they will call us again which I believe they wonβt callβ¦

β β β β β I had a recent admission under Global Doctor Hospital for a laparoscopy under Dr Shanny Hu. It is my first time being admitted into hospital and Iβm really grateful to the bunch of health care workers working over there for being so friendly, attentive and caring at all times. Siva was very experienced in blood taking and I know personally that it is not easy to draw blood from my small veins but he did it effortlessly. The nurses and attendants are very nice too. After my laparoscopy, I was hooked with IV meds and a wound drainage bag which makes it very hard for me to go to toilet and I had to ask for their help a lot a lot of times but they were extremely caring and helpful. Dr Shanny is forever very caring, attentive and patient to answer all my queries. It makes my first hospital admission experience less daunting with these friendly folks there! Keep up the great work!
