Worst and poor services booked thru Agoda they no need deposit I booked 2 rooms but when check in they ask pay deposit of Rm 50 each room with only cash I told ok will pay but the staff was very rude and the manager was more rude noisy and water heater not working no hot water to shower WORSE HOTEL Staff not professional.

Excellent. Nice room, big enough bathroom, very clean, airconditioning in good, working order, hot water and ironing available close by, plus good, polite n honest staff, excellent customer service, 24hrs open too..Will stay thr again..U have to be polite yourself to get politeness from others. Most people are nice n polite except the arrogant and cocky ones.

Room super clean. Stay in Deluxe room; room is comfortable and spacious enough for 2. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

this place is so clean, I love the bathroom. The room is so cold. Nearby shop is speedmart, restaurant nearby are burger king, pizza, oldtown white coffee. it also near to Art Museum. They not only have 3D art but also cowboy, adventure/outdoor activities include skytrex! For those that love to do many activities can come here! Receptionist also kind and polite. Parking are free. supermarket nearby is Econsave and Lotus.

The staff here are nice and friendly but I feel so surprised that the housekeeper enter our room without our permission while we are not around. I ask the receptionist india lady why your housekeeper enter our room without our permission and she reply we need to inform them if we don't want them to tidy and clean the room if not they will automatically enter the customer room to tidy up. If our thing lose who should be responsible for it the housekeeper or the receptionist? Pls take note whoever plan to stay should be alert on this matter.

The room was unclean with lots and lots of cockroaches. The management was not professional enough to handle the inconvenience caused. They literally gave us a ridsect spray to get rid of them and nothing further. Very disappointed. Reply to the response : Yes, we requested for a refund since there were no further action taken. Providing another room that couldn't occupy my family by asking us to adjust is not a solution. Therefore, I insisted refund. I wouldn't want my family to adjust since I paid. Hope you can provide better service to your future customers but no thank you I wouldn't want such an experience again.
