★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribly unreliable. The food is decent, but delivering it 1 hour after agreed time is unacceptable. Customer service is terrible and does not respond to you until you bug them consistently. The are quick to take payment, but when it comes to delivery they are terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered the combo campur without the pot. Meat portion was ok, just meat not marinated or anything though but the steamboat portion was a joke. Our mistake for assuming as well. For the price, didn’t think they’ll give us literally 1 ball each of the 8 variety. 1 egg, 2 sad portion of noodles, 2 prawns, 2 scallops, some fish and lala. Won’t be ordering again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am impressed! First time ordering steamboat to my home, it is seriously hassle free! You can literally cook right away once you receive the package. All the food the meat are very fresh, nicely packed in the disposable containers, all items are delivered in a cooling bag. Delivery is on the dot and very efficient!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order to deliver at 6pm but reached at 7.15pm. No reply from customer service nor any tracking on delivery, the portion is small. Totally not worth the price. The taste is sucks....DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Feel like completely cheated. Customer service no answer call even when you are in doubt if you gonna receive your order. Bad bad experience.
