Awesome facilities, many different spots to hang around throughout the condo, and most importantly the availability of all the ammenities you will need (nearly all the Malaysian banks, Giant right next door, Paradigm Mall, 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and many more)!
And for those plant lovers, there are plenty of greeneries throughout the condo (Green Building Index Gold Standard ?).

Nearby have alot amenities such like bank, pos office, groceries and eateries within walking distance..
Also they provide free shuttle for residents to LRT station and paradigm mall..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best properties in Petaling Jaya. Located strategically in Kelana Jaya, its near to many things (malls, grocers, restaurants, education and more) but far enough from the busy KL scene. This project focuses a lot of on a green environment, and you can really see it throughout the development, but especially on the 7th floor! Besides the greenery, the facilities here are amazing. Being locked down during this pandemic, having a private jogging track on level 7 has kept me from going crazy. There’s also a beautiful pool, week equipped gym, halls and so much more. The guards do a well job of maintaining security, especially scanning people going in and out of the building. A commercial block is also located downstairs where there will a handful of stores, restaurants and services opening for business. This is a great place to stay in, I don’t feel the need to go out as I have everything I need right here. That’s especially important during this pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful, nicely designed. The room was quite small, but just nice for 1 or 2 guest. Gym, library, park and sky terrace were available for guests access and cleanliness were well maintained.
