β β β β β Went to this clinc on week 2nd week of april 2018..im soooooo surprised with UNFRIENDLY staffss. All of them...i feel so unpleasant..doctor advisory is accepatable...the tudung nurse needs to change her garangness..be more customer-friendly-oriented...senyum la sikit..i knew i might be tired working till night.. haiyaaa.. first n last to visit here.. no details breakdown on the charges.. hand written on receipt only.. haiyaaa again..ok done my open review... i give stars bcoz of doctor consultation only..

β β β β β Dr. Goh is patient with kids but can be a little too quiet, only comments when asked questions. The waiting area has lots of toys and a small playground set to keep the kids busy. Price is reasonable. Opening hours are limited.

β β β β β Reasonable price and a caring doctor who Listen & Feedbacks. There are lots of Play Equipment to keep children entertain while waiting for their turn. Parking is limited here. They do not open sharp at time so juts wait a few min for them at times.

β β β β β The clinic name is baby and children clinic, however I donβt see this place baby and child friendly. There isnβt any suitable place to change diaper for baby, and the toilet is not child friendly at all. Well Iβm not expecting very fancy child toilet but at least a toilet seat where a young girl can sit on to complete her natural call business without falling into the toilet bowl. The hand wash basin is way too high for a young child and worse there is no hand soap provided to wash our hands after toilet, this is really disappointing for a clinic especially at this Covid era where hand hygiene is utmost important.
Another funny thing is I saw the cleaner diligently cleaning the whole glass door but she didnβt clean the door handle , which is the most contaminated area.
The consultation fee is rather expensive, and each time my child is sick, we often need to bring my child back for a second visit because he isnβt recovering even after finish consuming the medication.
At this time where face mask is still compulsory, the doctor came into the clinic without wearing his mask. I have to say Iβm quite disappointed.
