★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 정말 좋은 하이킹코스이다. 갈 수 있는 방법은 두가지가 있다. 체력이 좋은 사람은 페낭힐역에서 중간역을 통과하는 코스를 추천한다. 하지만 체력이 약한 사람은 소방서를 지나는 코스를 추천한다. 꼭 한번 가보세요. 이국적인 느낌이 나고 너무 좋았어요. 강력추천!

There are two ways to go.
A person with good physical strength recommends a course that passes through the middle station on the Penang Hill Station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buddhist stupas are significant religious symbol, though they're man made but the large number here, at this height in the middle of nowhere makes you kinda wonder.
The journey crosses secondary jungle track and cemented pavement takes roughly 30-35 minutes for a season hiker and slightly longer for first timer.
You'll cross durian orchards along the way, a couple of streams, a small shrine and a rest area. The journey is pretty enjoyable with plenty of fresh air and greenery. I encountered no less then 8 monitor lizards of various sizes while hiking there.
To reach the stupas, you have to side track a short distance after the Hye Keat rest area. The place can be easily seen along way. There are quite a large number of stupas coloured in gold placed on rocks around the vicinity. A small shed and a place of worship is all there's to see. I did not encountered anyone when I was there, I can only assumed someone takes care of the place from the clean and tidy outlook.
Nice place to relax and to release whatever stress that's bogging you but come prepared with mosquito repellent, just too many of them blood suckers.
I had a good walk and a good sweat, will do it again after the raining season is over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Around 20 minutes walk from the Penang Hill Middle Station (different route from up hill to peak), you will reach those religious place with a lot of golden stupas, easily more than 50 of them.
The scenery is beautiful, definitely Instagrammable. Make sure you don't break anything. ?
