β β β β β Pearls were not ready until 11.30am, but found out that the pearls are cooked fresh daily (as they only keep for 4hrs each batch to maintain freshness). Since it was 11am I tried the White pearl milk tea instead, made from sea coconut a healthier alternative, worth the try.

β β β β β Currently addicted to this Green Tea Passion Fruit Smoothie. Great combo. There is a server there who makes it right everytime, same as the taro milk tea.
There are times a different server do it and it is not good. Delivery on grab the milk tea was diluted. Brown sugar milk is nothing special.
When they freshly cooked the bubble right and freshly brewed tea, the milk tea is delicious.
