โ โ โ โ โ Was at the restaurant on 17-Oct-2021 around 7pm. The place was without air conditioning. Asked the server the answer given was 'Boss's instruction'. It was a bad experience having a meal in such stuffy environment. The food was decent and staff members were courteous though.

โ โ โ โ โ I've eaten there and takeaway food from there a few times.
Have only ever ordered two dishes from them, the XO fish head noodles soup, and the claypot lou shu fun. The fish head noodles, is very average. Nothing bad, but nothing special. The lou shu fun is nicer and quite different from the other lou shu fun that you'll normally get, but this is a drier type.
The service there is also average, so it's overall a decent neighborhood restaurant.

โ โ โ โ โ One of the worst yu tau mi I ever eat:
-Taste of the soup is acceptable(for a non frequent/non pro ytm eater) but not hot enough. I think itโs pretty basic that the soup should be hot enough so the eater and slurp the soup without stopping.
-noodle was hard and not cook thoroughly. Imo the noodle was not fully cooked, which is why it is no Q enough and hard like rock.
-fish is the soul of this dish and they failed terribly in this department. The fish is dry and taste like โwooden sticksโ (like what Chinese said)(refer pic). I couldnโt taste the fresh fish taste nor the deep fried โlocked the juice/fish tasteโ except the seafood stink and the old oil taste(ๆฒน่ๅณ)
Price isnโt cheap and definitely not worth your time and money here. You can see it is now cooked by foreigner and it is not the old taste you are looking for, from a rich soup and soft & juicy fish.

โ โ โ โ โ Service is amazing !!! The staff who helped us was super Friendly, helpful and attentive! They replenished the soup for the fish bee Hoon. However I think the fish is over fried, causing the inside texture to be rubbery. I think they can improve on that. Fried intestine was very yummy !! Serving a bit small for the small size. Would have to order a larger one next time. Shang meen was also yummy! Would love to try the pork belly with pau

โ โ โ โ โ Tried their claypot lou shu fen, barley fu chuk. Taste between average and good. Price average. Food and Dessert serving is very fast (felt like 5min), maybe because less ppl. Air conditioner environment, nice and cool

The fish head noodle was nice, same with the old kuchai lama shop.
Little disappointed with the egg gravy noodle. Far from the old shop quality.

โ โ โ โ โ The fish head noodle was recommended by a friend. I wasnโt very hungry so just had squid ball noodle soup, taste was fine but Iโm probably not qualified to judge the flavor. Couple of other dishes at our table were good. Service was good. Efficient. Felt like a casual dining joint.
